“Rented a 16 footer, Jackie reached out via text the night before saying they only had a 26 or 12. If I chose the 26, she would honor the rate given on the 16. Went with the 12 after seeing both in person because I didn’t have an insane amount of things to move. Price was lowered to the price of the 12. I was in and out quickly, Jackie was helpful, another man checked the oil and the truck as I was out there walking about to look at it. Easy process, easy rental.”

“I had a reservation for 11 am and 1.5 hours before pick up was told by customer service in Sarasota there were none available. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with U Haul. My daughter called around town and spoke to Sean. He was great, worked some magic and got us a trailer by 2pm. U Haul should work on there system I made a reservation that should mean I have a trailer but looks like your company does not feel the same, Very poor customer service from U Haul .Thanks to Sean at the Attic Self Storage my move was not a total disaster.”
