“You receive the best customer service at this bank in the whole Indian country. I went in everyone greeted me, I was helped by a young lady named Cindy. I need bank statements for some reason they’re not popping up in my app, as she’s working with customers she is printing out one year supply of bank statement for me. She knew it was going to take a while, she took my phone number. Said she’ll give me a call when she’s complete. In about an hour, I received the phone call supreme customer service. “I came in to get a new debit card printed, and was told it would be a 20 to 30 minute wait until the next available banker got back from lunch. This is understandable as I didn’t have an appointment. Then, a banker named Jaime, stepped up to help me spontaneously. This seems like a simple thing but this work ethic is hard to come by these days. Her kindness, professionalism and initiative took me by surprise and I was very pleased with her customer service!”

“Great credit union. Good online service and they make it all easy online. Jessica who works inside is very nice. The only problem we discovered today was at this location, is their ATM, it is so sunny where it is located during the day, you cannot see the screen to take out money or operate the ATM. They need to put an awning over their ATM to minimize the sun shining on the screen, so you can see the ATM screen to operate it. It is almost impossible to use it during the day with a lot of sun shining on it. They really need to address this. A simple awning would help so the sun is not so bright on the screen.”
