“This is a great store with staff that are stylish, friendly, polite with fashion suggestions, and helpful with getting other styles or sizes from the sales floor for you. WHBM clothing is fashionable, well made, always on trend, and have clothing for casual, work, and special occasion. I can report, small sizes go fast, so if you love something, don't wait to buy, or it will be gone! That said, the staff are always helpful at ordering sizes for their customers, and having it shipped to your home.”

“Bought several pairs of shoes at the Vero Beach outlet store, and a week later had to make an exchange of two pairs. I found one replacement pair in the store, and a second pair of which they did not have my size. I was assisted by Lincoln who was very polite, helpful and he even ordered the second replacement pair in the correct size for me. A pleasure to shop here and receive assistance from a young man who really knows his job. Very customer-oriented also. Thank you, Lincoln!”

“Just had the best exchange/return experience here tonight with Jill! I had purchased a few pairs of shoes online, and when I exchanged them for a different size, she honored a discount that was available but hadn’t been applied to my original purchase. Jill was attentive, genuinely happy, service-oriented, and simply great with people. I really appreciate when someone goes out of their way to make the customer experience a positive one, and she absolutely did just that. Thank you, Jill!”

“If you love Columbia brand you will love it here. My husband and I have the literal best quality sneakers from here. In Florida if you walk outside often sneakers literally melt in the sun. This requires several sneaker purchases. Yet, somehow these sneakers have not. We also buy the spf shirts that are light weight moisture wicking and block the harmful UV rays. If you are new to Florida climate and want to listen to someone whose paid for loving the Florida sun a little too much and needed to back step sun damage buy those shirts. They many times have them on clearance. I love this store it can be pricey but the quality can't be beat.”
