In the mean time, she would call me to let me know how the situation was progressing, and guided me to solutions to this problem. She is very nice, understanding, attentive, and efficient.This month, I, unfortunately, had the same problem again and, again, Mrs. Rodriguez kindly helped me resolve the situation.
