“Manny was a life saver. I bought a very expensive race shoe and it didn’t end up fitting after I got it tested for fit the day before. I didn’t run in the shoe but it was a little dirty from the floor in the gym. After going to the store to return them I was told I was out of luck but Manny sat down with me to see if the shoe was fine. It turns out it didn’t fit for sure and he helped me out.
