“We stopped by this running shoe store while getting ready for our upcoming ultra marathon. We actually went in planning to buy the Adidas Evo SL because we had already done a bit of research beforehand. But after talking with the staff, things changed.
They asked about the kind of distances we run, checked how we walk and run, and even watched our stride before making any recommendations. After the assessment, they explained that the ASICS Gel-Nimbus 27 would be a better fit for the way my foot lands and the amount of support I needed for longer miles. It honestly made a lot of sense once they explained everything.
I really appreciated that they weren't trying to sell us the most expensive shoe or the one we originally came in for. They took the time to answer our questions, let us try different pairs, and made sure we were comfortable before making a decision.
We left feeling much more confident about our purchase, and after a few training runs, I'm really glad we listened to their advice. If you're looking for people who actually know running shoes and want to help you find the right fit instead of just making a sale, this is definitely the place to go.”

I came in with questions about different running shoes, and Anthony took the time to clearly explain the differences between the Alphafly, Vomero, and Pegasus models in a way that was easy to understand and actually useful.
He really listened to what I was looking for and didn’t rush me at all. On top of that, he helped me find the perfect pair of Metcon training shoes, making sure they were the right fit for my needs. “I can’t say enough good things about Electric Surf Sports and the experience I had purchasing my kayak from them.
From the beginning, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed, answered my questions, paid attention to the little details, and made me feel like they actually cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase, not just making a sale.
What impressed me the most, though, was how they handled things when an issue came up with the kayak manufacturer. Even though the problem wasn’t something Electric Surf Sports caused, they didn’t disappear or pass the buck. They stayed involved, communicated with me, and went out of their way to help get things taken care of. That kind of customer service is becoming incredibly hard to find.
