“I like how AutoZone will run the codes to see why your check engine light is one. They also stand by their products if you need an exchange or return if something is not working well. They have great staff that provide great service… plus they have an even larger HUB within driving distance if you need a part that they do not have in stock… or you can wait a day and they will ship it to the store of your choice.”

“I just wanted to a minute to express my gratitude and appreciation for the unbelievable service and help that Sean provided to me yesterday to help solve, and resolve, a blown fuse issue that I had going on with my truck. Sean was incredibly helpful and accommodating in both explaining to me how to spot the blown fuse and then further let me know that I actually already had a spare that could be used to replace the blown fuse.

“Mazda Of Wesley Chapel has great service and taje care of my car. They diagnosed the car for any battery issue abs any maintenance are needed. Technician is very informative of what the car needed to get it fix. They send video text to view what they did to the car. Advisor follow up to confirm what I agree or disagree of what I need to service the car before they continue the job. Mazda even offer free car loan if I need to go home and leave the car for major service to get it fix. I don't need car loan because service takes only an hour. Great customer service from manger, technician, and advisor. Advisor consult and explains what it needs for the car services. Mazda car is so reliable vehicle as long as you maintain good care of the car.”

“Overall very happy with my service advisor and quality of workmanship. Had oil & filter, 4 new tires, 4 wheel alignment, both differential fluid exchange, brake fluid flush, and valet. Only issue was limited on using dealership coupons. Could only use two. Saved $600, but missed out on another $100 worth of coupons. Sales tax calculated before coupons applied. Still will return to BMW of Wesley Chapel for service.”
