We had issues with our original carpet purchase. The carpet failed and Mohawk didn’t cover it. Thankfully, Bob’s carpet stood by their guarantee. New carpet was installed today!

I made my initial request online and Wayne responded quickly and professionally. I live in Lakeland and this store in Wesley Chapel made every effort to accommodate me an hour away. The sales persons, product, and installation have all been excellent. I love my new carpet more every day.
