She really went above and beyond to help me get some C.D.'s cashed from an inheritance, which required a bit of extra work. she is very friendly, mannerly and a complete pleasure to do business with! She also knows her field and is on the ball. I HIGHLY recommend doing business with her at Pilot Bank, soon to be Lk. Michigan credit Union. I live in winter Haven and will be doing some banking business with her in the future, regardless of the distance. Great, old-fashioned, hard to come by, superior and genuine, customer-service! In a world of people and business's that are losing their approach to being person-to-person and building customer-relations, this Lakeland branch of Pilot Bank, really stands out! the bank teller there was very nice and helpful as well. I was very impressed! A+ and 5-STAR!”
“I love that the staff remembers me and is friendly. I also appreciate the little extras they do in service such as helping complete my deposit slip. I run my own business and typically have multiple transactions to complete. I prefer credit unions over large banks due to the personal service and Midflorida does this very well. So much so I prefer to park and go in versus using the drive through. I also have a BOA account and avoid going there due to the service. I also appreciate the hours of availability at Midflorida. Being open from 7 to 7, means I am able to get personal service at times that are convenient to my business. Thank you for being my neighborhood credit union with a small town feel and big bank backing power and coverage.”

“We love this branch! The employees are outstanding and the services offered have been excellent. They are busy because its a popular, convenient location. When NFCU extended membr eligibility that allowed more folks the opportunity to enjoy outstanding service from NFCU! NFCU financed our vehicle back in 1980 when no other bank or CU wouldn't. Rates were high in early 80's and we were very low rank AF servicemembers. USAA wasn't open to enlisted at that time, so NFCU became our main bank. We are so grateful! Once a member, you never leave them...they won't leave you.”
