“Usually, I don’t care to leave reviews but since I had a great experience, I did want to give recognition when due. Switched from a different carrier, wasn’t happy with the overall plan especially after being a customer of theirs for over 10+ plus years. Went in last weekend after finally deciding that I wanted to switch and was taken care of by Angel, despite his very laid back, mellow demeanor—he was very kind, thorough, helpful and knowledgeable. I was there for about an hour tops, usually that process tends to drag but Angel kept the mood lightened and made great conversation. I went back yesterday for something that I wanted to add on and he immediately helped as I walked in and the energy was just as the same as the first visit. Overall I’m very happy with my new service and devices. ☺”
