She measured our son’s feet for us so we could find the appropriate size shoe. She was so nice and helpful. Our son loves his new shoes. We will definitely be back.”

The store had Hoka, ASICS and ON brand sport apparels and had a great variety of items and collections. Definitely recommend this store.”

“I have to share my experience today while I was looking for sneakers for my 11 year old daughter.
Our first stop was at JDs where we were not greeted even though we were standing by the register and not one customer was in the store but us. Not one person asked us for help for almost 10 minutes.
Once we were Acknowledged, the person just offered to help as he was leaving to the back.
We then went to Champs where there were 2 other customers in the store. It literally took 20 minutes to get 2 pair of shoes to try on and or any additional information if they had them in stock.
We then went to Journeys and I was pleasantly greeted immediately and offered assistance by all 3 employees . Leesandra the assistant manager helped my daughter right away. Kyra and Lex were amazing at providing great customer service and a welcoming environment. They took the time to make sure my daughters new shoes fit perfectly and offered any other products that would help her work her new purchase. Thank you ladies for making the process smooth! Definitely won my future business.”

“I noticed recent reviews were not great. However, I will say the person helping us today was just fine. We were greeted immediately when we entered. Store was very clean and tidy (they just had a corporate visit from what I understand). When we checked out, the employee admitted it was a long day (we have no problem with this…employees are also humans) but she was friendly/easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. She apologized because she hadn’t noticed us at the register right away. She also asked us to verify she had typed our email correctly. She offered to cut the tags off the hat we bought so my hubby could wear it immediately. All things that showed she was genuinely paying attention to our experience. Even if this isn’t how service has been lately, hopefully this is a trend of where they are heading as we enjoyed our experience today! I believe Hailey was the employee who checked us out - thanks Hailey!”
