“Very knowledgeable and the attention to detail is amazing. Cason was very attentive and listened to every concern and explanation of foot pain i was experiencing. Gave multiple options for relief and even explained some foot exercises for me to do to help relieve the pain. “Just bought a new driver as a Father’s Day gift from my loving family. A young lady golfer named Adriana assisted me pick between the Taylor made max 10k and the Ping max 10k, along with the appropriate shaft for each for my swing speed (stock regular). The TM for me was far more consistent and 20-30 yards farther! Based on my research, I thought I was definitely going to leave with the ping. But the Taylor made was definitely better for my personal swing. Adriana was super helpful and encouraging to this senior and albeit occasional hacker. I’m planning to play more going forward and this new driver should help me stay the course. ?
Just as a side note, I was at the PGA superstore before coming to Dicks, the workers in the bay were beyond unenthusiastic, nor did they provide 1/10th the help and encouragement Adriana did. They wouldn’t let me hit the taylormade, thus the trip to Dicks. I didn’t expect much from Dick’s, but their Customer Service won my business.”
“I noticed recent reviews were not great. However, I will say the person helping us today was just fine. We were greeted immediately when we entered. Store was very clean and tidy (they just had a corporate visit from what I understand). When we checked out, the employee admitted it was a long day (we have no problem with this…employees are also humans) but she was friendly/easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. She apologized because she hadn’t noticed us at the register right away. She also asked us to verify she had typed our email correctly. She offered to cut the tags off the hat we bought so my hubby could wear it immediately. All things that showed she was genuinely paying attention to our experience. Even if this isn’t how service has been lately, hopefully this is a trend of where they are heading as we enjoyed our experience today! I believe Hailey was the employee who checked us out - thanks Hailey!”
