I felt maybe this store was a bit smaller than some of the others I have been in, or perhaps they simply did not have as much product for sale. Either way, it was just fine. “Katie Beth's is one of the new Krate places already open so I am sure they will pick up very soon. They have really cute stuff in there and even things for the pups. Oh and don't forget jewelry. I wanted a shirt that says Support Local which would have been perfect but the design on me wouldn't have worked and I am not talented enough to alter it with some scissors. LOL. But they are local so that is awesome. They do have another location in the Panhandle from what she told me and then online. Facebook and Insta. “I've been looking for a store, just like this. Unfortunately, this day, I was helping my teen shop, and it wasn't about me, haha. But I will be back as soon as I can. Customer service was average as far as I saw. I didn't need or receive any help. It was a great selection of clothing for women who are past the juniors section. All the clothing was classy but super cute. I was thankful not to be harassed by the employees to help me find something or suggest things. I know some people like clothing suggestions, but it's just not my cup of tea. So, I appreciated the ambiance.”

“I don’t really shop at the stores anymore since moving to FL. AE in NYC was/is the best one. Nothing compares. But AE overall has greats jeans for ALL sizes. You just have to understand the cut that fit you best. I love that the stretch material is almost in all the jeans. The rewards system is awesome but I miss the FREE jeans after buying a certain amount. Please bring that back or can we get your monthly employee discount from that booklet that gives yall 50% off. Or can y’all bring back getting 5 pairs of underwear for the same 49.95 for 3 pairs now. I spend and arm and a leg on them jeans cause I love them. Add in a discount on draws for level 3 or something.”

“I have been in a couple times throughout the past year, every time I go in I’m always greeted and asked if there’s anything I specifically want/ that I am looking for, this past time I went in granted it was a Wednesday afternoon and kind of slow, I had a good time honestly, Megan helped me out today, and I remember her helping me in the past!! She was amazing at making suggestions of items that where on discount that I didn’t even think about and also grabbing me different sizes while I was trying clothes on so I didn’t have to go through everything myself! Wasn’t planning on buying shoes but it was just comfortable I shop there, not many place will be as helpful as Megan and her coworker the day I went in! Definitely recommend this spot to everyone around me!!”
