“I took my niece today for her 16th birthday she has been having trouble finding a good fitting, comfortable bra. Mia was sooo helpful! She helped us right away and measured and found exactly what we were looking for. She had bras available and ready if the one she was trying on did not fit. My niece lives an hour away from this store but will be back to shop with Mia. Thank you so much!”
“I spent all day shopping at Macy’s, American Eagle, Charlotte Russe, and Ross looking for shorts. Normally I’m a size 10-12. In all the other stores not only did they not have what I was looking for but I had to size up atleast 6 sizes to find what I was looking for. I came to Old Navy and in less than 15 minutes found shorts my size. Not only was their sizing accurate and curve friendly but their pricing was beyond cheap in the best way possible. Thank you for making a terrible day better, and for easing my mind when other stores made me feel like an oversized walrus.”
“My sister loves these stores. I personally only go for the pro-wrestling tees (which this store had a lot of which I hadn't seen recently at other locations), but I love seeing how happy and at ease she is in these stores. This store in particular though was very large and open. The staff, very friendly, which I have to yet to encounter a rude employee at any Hot Topic location. However, this crew went above and beyond. There was an error with pricing, an item was marked clearance and wasn't supposed to be, but the girl at the register (wish I caught her name) honored the clearance price. Lots of clearance items at this store which I also hadn't seen recently at other locations. While the prices are a little pricey, the price is so worth the smile on my sister's face and the items are of high quality so double worth it.”

“JC penny hair salon is my only must go to. Very busy place, hard to get appointments at times because the stylist are so awesome and great. Love how Bri is my absolute best hairstylist EVER! Dont forget to check website for salon Coupons! Stylist will never remind you are mention coupons. So check yourself be fore going! They always have at least 10% coupon off & at times 50% coupons! Always Check before going! They like to push products on you to meet quotas so just speak up if dont need. Nothing is free, so everything they say they will do to your hair will cost you.Make sure to ask questions if unsure. ENJOY! Its well worth it!”

“We met Paul in the men's area. We asked if he could measure my husband's neck, chest, and arm length for a new sports coat and slacks. Paul was a consummate professional. He was extremely helpful and was willing to help my husband from picking out a sports coat, pants, shirts and a tie. We couldn't have done such a good job without him. We never felt rushed and he was very friendly. Paul is the type of salesman we need more of.”
