The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of styles and sizes to choose from. I also found some excellent deals and was very happy with my purchases. I’ll definitely be back!”

She helped us right away and measured and found exactly what we were looking for. She had bras available and ready if the one she was trying on did not fit. “Best place ever. Some of the workers kinda suck one time a employee told me the wrong information about a sale and I ended up checking my receipt after the fact and he over charged but I was already home. Ig its my fault for not checking before leaving. But otherwise my go to place.”
“There were great deals for back to school shopping. The woman at the front counter who checked me out was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had my children with me picking out new clothes/shoes for school and she helped me checking out and informed me of all the discounts available to me for signing up with my phone number, which was very appreciated. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to catch her name and I wish I did. My family had a wonderful day shopping.”

Francesca's offers a variety of women's wear, and the store was filled with women purchasing different dresses. From the collection, my wife found the perfect dress for her for the event.”

“ALWAYS show your phone with the website prices! They do NOT automatically price match the sales from the web. I KNOW— wild and terrible imo. Fortunately I knew this but hoped to help others to achieve the same prices we see on the web when we shop in store. Three of the dresses I purchased today would have been full price if I didn’t show the dresses on my phone which showed the 60% and 40% sale price as reflected online. This seems really wrong to me, but who knows where the decision to do this originated. I’m grateful that I knew this as I would have easily been tricked into spending an additional $140 if I did not. Super important to advocate for each other ladies!
That being said, Sarah was great today and very kind. I appreciated her help as she was the only person I saw in store. Very sweet lady! I do love torrid (since 2004) but I find this lack of immediate price matching to be a bit sinister and shady. Please change this torrid! Do right by those of us who don’t know!!!!”
“We met Paul in the men's area. We asked if he could measure my husband's neck, chest, and arm length for a new sports coat and slacks. Paul was a consummate professional. He was extremely helpful and was willing to help my husband from picking out a sports coat, pants, shirts and a tie. We couldn't have done such a good job without him. We never felt rushed and he was very friendly. Paul is the type of salesman we need more of.”

“I have been shopping Victoria’s Secret since I bought my first bra, I am very loyal to this brand. I go about twice a year. I have been to this location a couple of times, today I went and had an amazing experience. I am a mom of two small kids and recently had Surgery so trying to find my new normal. Michelle came to me and made me feel very comfortable, went above and beyond fitting me and helping me find new bras, and I took my time and browsed- it was nice to put my busy life on pause and come to a place with such great service and atmosphere. Everything was very clean and smelled nice. I am glad I didn’t order online and decided to come in for a fitting.”

“I had the best experience at Nicki’s with my family. I went to three bridal shops and Nicki’s by far gave me and my family the best experience. They gave us wine and were so attentive that my family kept comparing every place we went to to Nicki’s. This was the first bridal appointment I had and the women helping us did such an amazing job. She would listen to what I had to say about every dress and every dress she would give me got closer and closer to what I was looking for. I did think I found the one at Nicki’s but I found another dress at another boutique that I liked slightly more however it was such a hard decision. Nicki’s has such great dresses and created such a memorable experience for me and my family and I cannot recommend them enough for brides looking for their dress.”
