“I noticed recent reviews were not great. However, I will say the person helping us today was just fine. We were greeted immediately when we entered. Store was very clean and tidy (they just had a corporate visit from what I understand). When we checked out, the employee admitted it was a long day (we have no problem with this…employees are also humans) but she was friendly/easy to talk to and didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience. She apologized because she hadn’t noticed us at the register right away. She also asked us to verify she had typed our email correctly. She offered to cut the tags off the hat we bought so my hubby could wear it immediately. All things that showed she was genuinely paying attention to our experience. Even if this isn’t how service has been lately, hopefully this is a trend of where they are heading as we enjoyed our experience today! I believe Hailey was the employee who checked us out - thanks Hailey!”

“Went to this location recently to do some back to school shopping for my niece but was not sure on what I should get, but Keighan and Sebastian went above and beyond to help me find the right shoes for my niece. They gave me recommendations based on what I was looking for and they assured me that if my niece changes her mind that they would make the return/exchange a breeze. You can tell that they care and love to help customers such as myself, I came in not knowing what I needed to get and ended up leaving with a few pairs of shoes so I would definitely be returning to this location because of them!!!”
