“In the high winds yesterday, our truck bed cover was dramatically rip back to the top of the cab twice causing damage to the cab top and derailing the bed cover leaving a gap to the tailgate. Further, it did not snap locked any longer. The owner, Mr Kruise took the entire cover off, reattached it on the rails. AND he sealed a couple areas of intrusion where water tended to enter the truck bed. Couldn’t ask for better service. Problem resolved ON THE SPOT! But the kicker, he refused to charge me! Ru kidding me? You have a customer for life!!!”
