“I loved this place. They make you feel at home. The breakfast was always good. I loved my room and the accessibility to the beach. I walk a lot so it was a nice place to have a home base. We were lucky enough to see a launch at Cape Canaveral one night. My brother in law and sister stayed in another room. This photo was taken from my balcony in room #3.Rooms: My room was large. It had everything I needed, and the beds were very comfortable.Nearby activities: There are restaurants, nearby, gift shops, CVS, Starbucks, and a tiny bit further a Publix Grocery store. There is a long board shop close by too.Walkability: I walked everywhere. Even a Starbucks which wasn’t too far. The beach is right there.Food & drinks: They have accessibility to a lot of coffees and teas. They always made pastries and cookies readily available.”

“The Hilton Melbourne Beach is phenomenal. From the staff, to the rooms, to the view, to the food, to the drinks, to the amenities, everything! This place is remarkable. I stay there often as my daughter lives, not even a mile from the hotel. And every time I stay is the same. Elvis, the manager, is so kind and accommodating. Tanya, the main bartender, is one of the kindest people I have ever met, and she is quite the mixologist! I highly suggest starting here when visiting Melbourne Beach you won't be disappointed!Rooms: Very clean and up to date.Safety: I feel safe even staying alone here.Walkability: Close to everything, restaurants, bars, Walmart etcFood & drinks: No need to go anywhere else because the food and drinks are great!”

“Great location. Pretty pool. Outdoor activities for family. Units large and roomy. Furniture dated and very worn. Mold / mildew in shower. Location on beach was biggest plus. Had smoker in unit below us for full stay. Could not use patio in afternoon/evening. Asked them if the could go site at picnic table, was politely told No its a free world. As they have ash tray on patio folks think they have all the rights in the world. If you stay you want a third floor room, closest to the beach, else you might get good view of office / reception building dirty roof.”

“I love staying on the ocean. The staff were friendly. There is a gentleman in the check in that is so amazingly friendly. His smile welcomes you in without saying a word. Julieslinda from housekeeping was so pleasant, kind, and always smiling. The young man who rents the beach chairs was very kind and friendly. Beautiful to wake up to the sunrise each day. The only issue I had was that a shower know fell off. There was a maintenance man outside my room door, so he had it fixed right away. Also, there were gurgling noises coming from the sink and toilet followed by a loud squeal. I was in a different part of the room, and the toilet started making gurgling notices. When I went into check on it, there was water on the floor. Maintenence came to fix that also. That was the only time water spilled over, but the noises continued throughout the stay. There is a parking fee of $14/day. Other than that, the staff was great, the beach and ocean are awesome.”

“My mother in law is staying here for Christmas. We decided to have dinner at the Bistro tonight. I wanted to say how amazing our service has been with Eric at the bistro. This man has went above and beyond tonight making sure we had everything we needed and making sure we were comfortable. He has had the best attitude serving the 4 of us. We greatly appreciate his help and want the Courtyard Marriott @ Melbourne to know he is a great asset to customer service here at this hotel.”

“If I could give this location a 0 I would. Rooms are dirty. No one cleans. The kitchen counters are dirty and the food disposal sinks are clogged and stink. Alerted the front desk and Maintence came and checked it out and said they would need to go to Home Depot to purchase a new item to repair the garbage disposal. Most disturbing is the lack of security. Was moved from the first room because door could be unlocked without a key, and the same occurred with the second room we were assigned. The solution the front desk had, a female, was for us to leave and locate another hotel. Seriously? The front desk needs to be retrained. Shame on everyone, from Management to Housekeeping. Stay away from this location.Rooms: NastySafety: Initially assigned to one room on 4th floor that you could enter room without a key. The second room on the 3rd floor, amme situation. There is no safety or security.”

“The hotel is being managed as a third world country, we were 3 adults in a suite. The weather was cold and they refused to give us a bedspread as is hotel policy only one per room as the bedspread cost $200 dollars and people may steal it!! We ask for blankets, we were given blankets full of holes. We stay 3 days the room was never made or cleaned. We had wet towels and dirty rooms. We paid 180 dollars for a service with a quality of a low class motel”

“Spent the night before heading to the cruise port. Quiet hotel with very basic amenities. Spacious room with comfortable bed and clean rooms.Customer service was pleasant I noticed that no one was wearing uniform so it was had to figure out who was working. They did have name tags so I guess that’s how you can tell.If you drive an electric vehicle there is a charging station down the street at the Dunkin Donuts.Nearby activities: Close to food, shopping and other”

“The front desk phone line is horrible. You can barely hear them, and it's crackly. The a/c unit in our room was dripping pretty bad! The floor was continuously wet near the door. Had to get extra towels, Just for that.5Otherwise, a great place. Everything else was clean, and in good, working order.I would stay again!Noteworthy details: The pool is not large. Max capacity of 20, and only 3ft to 5ft.”

“I've stayed here plenty of times for lots of reasons and I highly recommend it! The staff is super helpful and the rooms are nice and clean and if you don't have a vehicle there are a few places in walking distance and one of my favorite things about this hotel is they don't require a 200 deposit in order to rent a room. Which is nice because other hotels do, almost every hotel around here does and even though you usually get it right back upon checkout I just don't always have the extra money. So it's just a nice thing to not have to worry about....Rooms: The rooms are spacious and very clean!¡!Nearby activities: This location is on 192 so there's lots of shopping ?️ and restaurants you can go to that are not more than 5 to 10 mins away, it's very convenient. It's also right beside the 95 exits so all around it's a great location.Walkability: There are 3 gas stations and a Dunkin donuts all within a 2 to 3 min walkFood & drinks: They have a great ice machine ?”
“I have been at this location for a month and they are very accommodating and great. Stephanie is a sweetheart and she goes above and beyond. Fox is awesome and always ensures guests are happy. The maintenance man (I don't know his name!) Always makes sure the outside is clean and well kept, and housekeeping does an awesome job keeping it clean inside! Would definitely recommend a stay here whether short or long.”
