“Absolutely great apartment with wonderful amenities. The staff is incredibly attentive and every time I brought something to Jaiden's (office manager) attention, she fixed it immediately when in her control. My two complaints are about parking and the loading dock. There is VERY limited guest parking, making it very hard to host dinner parties and etc. This should be improved immediately. There were never enough spots for my friends on weekends and the building is huge with many tenants, so it would be helpful if another level of the parking garage was enabled to host guests. Secondly, the loading dock must be reserved and there is only one moving elevator. Again, for such a large building with so many tenants, it was challenging to have the ability to reserve the loading dock as needed, which was frustrating as things pop up in life last minute. Regardless, fantastic apartment. Highly recommend the corner apartments!”
“We held my Mother's 90th birthday celebration there and they were amazing! Very accommodating and the food was wonderful, the room itself was perfectly neutral to accommodate any decor and staff at the event were attentive and caring. We used an event planner and they were very accommodating and helpful to them, as well. The event was perfect!”
“Located in an upscale area of West Palm Beach, Evernia Place is beautiful. It is a home, because the Management Staff is always accommodating, friendly, and creative with activities.
We have a pool, putting green and tenants are close to each other.
We are provided information for Seniors that provides one with helpful benefits for healthcare, City information to make Senior living ceasier. Having a garage, balcony and all the amenities makes life here HOME.”
“Love everything about the apartment maintenance guy was absolutely the best overall no complaints. .Property manager Chris awesome gentleman caring asked the residents if they needed anything let him know will get to the problem solved.

“Lived here for the past 2 years and enjoyed it! I loved my exercise routine that included a walk to the ocean in Palm Beach and also enjoyed the dog park in the building that was convenient for my pups. John and Sunni were particularly nice. Lastly, great pool and roof deck.”
