“Ever since Synovus took over or whatever it was they did, my experience has been amazing. The new ATM disburses $1, $5, $10, $20 and $100 bills, which I have never seen before.My only compliant is the lighting at night has been very poor over and around the ATM for at least the last 18 months.”

“I love this Truist branch! My 18 year old son and I came in to deposit a decent amount of checks and tips from his job. Jennifer came right over while we were in the lobby and starting helping us. She set him up with a savings account and really took her time explaining certain things to him regarding banking. She was thoughtful, patient and considerate. The teller assisting us with counting his cash tips was amazing as well (unfortunately forgot her name). But they really were terrific and patient with us. I came to the bank to open a checking account so I could set up direct deposit and make my day-to-day banking easier. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience.
Kerri was incredible from start to finish. She was informative, patient, and super helpful. She walked me through everything — opening the account, setting up online banking, and explaining all the perks that come with the account. I left feeling confident and taken care of.
She also let me know about the credit card they offer with 0% interest for 18 months, which I’m definitely considering. I also learned about their HELOC options — something I might explore in the future.
The Wellington location is really convenient. It’s a beautiful, boutique-style branch with excellent customer service. Everyone was friendly and professional.

“We have been clients of Valley Bank in WPB for many years. In the three years I have been at Castle there have been some changes but the best thing that Valley has done is putting Christopher Cronin in charge. Christopher has been on the ball and ultra responsive. The level of service he and his team(Sea provide us is above and beyond. Christopher helped us through a very sticky situation recently and we just were very thankful that Christopher was the point of contact. His quick response and spectacular customer service saved us 20K.
Sean has always been very helpful and Janice as well when working with our mortgage.

“I've been banking with First Horizon for four years and I've always had great experiences. I have no idea what other reviewers are talking about with the parking. It's so convenient to get in and out of. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Their very limited locations makes it hard to bank with them, but that's the price you pay for free business checking. Yet and still, I would still say that it's worth it.”

“My husband and I were taking a trip to Europe and three days before we were scheduled to leave. I realized we needed to exchange dollars for euros.I assumed that all banks would carry the exchange currency but when I called I found out that was not the case. Luckily, when I called this branch Juana Was able to help me with this exchange. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to order the currency that day and have the euros expedited for pick up (next day)at the branch. When I went to pick up the currency, Juana was unavailable, so Oscar stepped in to help me. He too was professional and extremely helpful ,he was able to get me in and out of the bank within 15 minutes. Thank you for the great service!”
“The negative reviews of this location are all false and unrealistic. The truth is, the establishment is emaculate, attentive friendly tellers/associaties, down to a full plethora of pens. I opened a new account in less than 30 minutes. My banker Mr Jimenez was very professional and knowledgeable to my specific needs. Plenty of parking and security on site.”

“I visited TD Bank to cash a corporate petty cash check. Initially, I attempted to do so at Chase, as our corporate operations are banked there; however, Chase stated they could not assist. Since I maintain an account with TD Bank, I proceeded to the branch located in West Palm Beach. Upon entering, I observed a young man seated and asked if he was in line. He kindly offered that I could go ahead of him. There was a teller available, named Matthew. I approached Matthew, but he walked past me and then communicated to the young man that I could proceed ahead. The young man informed Matthew that he was permitting me to go ahead. It was only at that moment that Matthew acknowledged my presence. His manner was unprofessional; he was using Teams to communicate with someone else while I was providing my account number. TD Bank is one of several banks I utilize. This was the first time I encountered such unprofessional behavior at TD Bank, and I am concerned that the check may be held for several days. TD Bank should strive to improve its customer service standards.”
