“I always enjoy this location as well as the other one in PBG..great selection of clothing, beauty products, fragrances, house hold, and pet items! I can always count on TJ maxx for a good deal.. friendly staff is also a bonus. Nayeli was my cashier, she was super sweet! I did end up having to return a few items ( no faults) and Carolina was a sweet heart!”

“A Whole Foods and a pizza spot are on either side of the store. Extremely busy, too crowded. Line went pretty quick and the sales associate that checked me out was nice. I found an artists' press-on nails in the checkout line and I should have grabbed a pair! I also found some super cute children's footwear at a great price, so I had to get them. Thanks!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars. “I blacked out and woke up fabulous.” ??? I entered Nordstrom Rack with the innocent intention of “just browsing.” HA. Classic mistake. Three minutes in, and I was arm-wrestling a woman over a designer bag marked 80% off. I won. She walked away muttering. I strutted like Beyoncé. ???
Somehow, the clearance rack whispered my name. I swear I heard it say, “Treat yourself, queen.” Next thing I knew, my arms were full of shoes I didn’t need but spiritually required ??
The staff? Angels in retail form. One even complimented my taste in sunglasses — which I then obviously HAD to buy ?✨
And the deals? So good I had to check if they were legal. I spent $300, saved $600, and left feeling like I robbed the place politely and with a receipt ??

The bar soap is fantastic and has been a hands down incredible value for years imported Italian soaps extremely well priced without chemicals. I love the reduced prices on the candles. I have purchased kitchen Wares from them. All of which have been more than well worth the asking price.”

“I've shopped in Ross many times and i'm always impressed with the pleasant and helpful staff, but on Saturday night, January 10, 2026 two Ross staff members acted with outstanding compassion and selflessness I had an unbelievable and scary experience.. I had rented an electric car which I parked infront of Ross. When I returned to the car it would not start. It was close to 11pm and the parking lot was emptying out. I returned to Ross as Kevin, the manager, was closing the doors and asked if anybody would help me because I was having troule with my car. Kevin immideately responded that he would help when he's done closing the store. I was waiting for Kevin when, Adria (another staff member) came out. She rushed over to me, and was trying to start the car with no success, even though the car registered 82% electric power. Adria's daughter had come to pick her up, but instead of leaving with her daughter, Adria took my car rental papers and called Hertz/Dollar Road Service Assistance. Adria was on hold for at least 25 minutes and did not leave me. Kevin came out and also could not start the car. When we finally were able to speak to a reperesentetive from road service, he was able to remotely check the status of the car. He said that the 16 V battery is dead. and that road service would come in about an hour. By now, it was after 12am, but Kevin assured me that he would not leave me. Then he had an idea and asked the representitive on the phone if I can leave the car in the parking lot since the car had to be towed, and he would drive me to the airport (where I initially rented the car) to get a replacment car (Hertz was open till 1am). Kevin transfered all my bags to his car and drove me to PBI. I did get a replacment and returned home safely at 1:30am. I think you'll all agree with me that this was a very special act of kindness. I will forever be grateful to Kevin and Adria!!”

“It's not fair that they have to deal with so many people just disrespecting the racks and tossing stuff haphazardly. However this is the only reason they don't get a perfect 5. The store is clean and neat other than that. I feel they need to spend more time merchandising the store. It's difficult to find some things and with all the disorder from customers it's frustrating. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will find identical items on the shelf with two different prices sometimes.”

This is where I had the pleasure of interacting with the General Manager, Andre Azam. From the onset, Andre demonstrated outstanding customer service skills. He attentively listened to my concerns, a quality that is rare and valuable in customer relations. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue with Samsung and Brandsmart, it was only after meeting with Andre that I felt my concerns were genuinely being addressed. Andre went above and beyond to find a solution. Although we couldn't get the same washer and dryer model, he resourcefully managed to secure a similar pair from another brand. What impressed me most was his commitment to follow-up. He consistently kept me informed about the status of my order, timelines, and handled all additional fees and queries with utmost professionalism. His actions not only solved my immediate problem but also reinstated my faith in Brandsmart's customer service. Having been a customer since 2017, primarily for my real estate investment properties, this experience was particularly significant. The nice young man called the manager and she was so rude! Also.... after spending 45 minutes collecting all of my carefully selected items and placing them nicely on the counter to be tallied..I frantically dug through my purse only to realize I left my wallet sitting on my dresser at home. the kind associate was nice enough to physically and electronically detain my bags and actually hold the order in the system. An action I believe he was reprimanded for later.”
“I love Dollar Tree because I know I can find stuff for $1.25 and be done with it, but many times, Family Dollar has a ton of items for less than $1. So, whenever I have time to spare, I stop at Family Dollar and see what good deals they have. The store, like most Family Dollar felt a bit crowded of merchandise, but the items were easy to find and everything had price tags on them, which is always a good thing. The lady at the register was really pleasant, I had no issues waiting to pay.”

“This two-story Target has a free parking garage below the store with plenty of parking. The store departments are mostly clean except for the mens’ apparel. There is access via stairs, escalators and elevators, and there is a conveyor belt for shopping carts to be carried down to the first floor. Enjoyed the experience and the selection of goods.”
