“I had a really great experience at Family Dollar thanks to the store manager, Sheron. I was honestly having a rough day, but she went the extra mile to help me and made such a difference. Her warm smile and kind heart completely turned my day around.
Sheron was patient, friendly, and truly showed what great customer service looks like. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the people walking through the door. Family Dollar is lucky to have her as a manager, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for the way she treats customers. I’ll be back!”
“Well, this is a 5 store review, but I have to say first that there was a manager on duty last week that was just terribly nasty, I was very sorry that I didn't get her name. But today, I walked in and was greeted by a very sweet lady named Christen, I believe she was a manager. She was very nice and helpful along with a cashier named Lauren and another lady named Maria. They all helped me happily, and I really felt welcome as I've been shopping at Kohls for many, many years. I wanted to say I had a great experience today because of the Ladies mentioned!”

My daughter was looking at strollers and car seats and Josh was amazing at explaining all the different types options and features. He was very helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend him if you are researching these options.”

“I had such a wonderful experience with Kim and Jhonatan at the Chanel Fragrance counter inside Macy’s. They both went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my mother-in-law’s birthday, which was very important to me.
They were incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They also did a beautiful job with the gift wrapping and decoration, making the present feel even more special.

“They have a pretty good selection but the checkout counter took longer than it should have because they staff were focused more on the end of night duties and side conversations than getting the line out quickly. No one was rude but I had to stand through conversations of who had to do what to close and who didn't do what earlier during the shift. I work in retail so I have a customer first approach. It was about 30 minutes until the store closed and I had just gotten off work at the mall so I get it people are tired but its still important to focus on the transaction and quickly service guests so then you can get on with proper closing responsibilities.”

I called other stores, and no one was helpful. Then I decided to call Bloomingdale's Palm Beach Gardens. “I tried to follow the link on the receipt but it keeps going to a dead end page. However, I was so impressed with Gabriel H.’s customer service that I had to go out of my way to say this; The young man simply folded my shirt with care and checked me out efficiently. You would think this would be no big deal, except for the fact I’ve been shopping in this store and other locations for over 25 years and it is the first time I have had my shirt folded and packed as a baseline standard. I appreciate that more than I can tell you and I am certain others would as well. That is what you call a non negotiable standard. Beautiful thing to see in a young, obviously hard working man. I hope you all treat Gabriel right because he is an asset.”

“My shopping experience at Target has changed drastically within the last few months . I don’t know if it’s a recent development of theirs but Target actually has security! Well “assets protection” lol . This is new to me but i’ve had nothing short of pleasant experiences with their security guard Jasmine . She’s always a pleasure to speak with at the front of the store and is surprisingly super knowledgeable about the store and its layout . If she doesn’t know the answer …. she knows someone who does and she’ll get them to help you in a heartbeat ! She’s been denying my tips which i guess is company policy but she can’t stop me from leaving a stellar review ! I’ll share her favorite quote with my fellow Target shoppers “always make good business decisions” !!”

“This is my favorite TJ MAXX store. It always has a nice selection of high end clothing in its RUNWAY section that’s near the front of the store. Employees are always friendly and helpful. I found a lovely pearl necklace on my recent visit. The employee was very nice and gave her honest opinion when I was trying to decide between two pearl necklaces.”
