They sent me to collections for $20 ??? Really ? I never even got a bill . I can’t believe something hasn’t been done about this company, after reading ALL THE reviews. Horrible. They can sit and wait because I will not be paying this bill .

I was sent an invoice for a bill that was put into collections, however I have yet to receive any documentation of services rendered and the email they have does not appear to work. I’m not sure what kind of operation this “lab”is running but it is very suspicious.

This place is a nightmare. I'm extremely upset at my doctor's office for using their services. BCBS has reached out to them back in the beginning of September, to this date they have not fixed the issue.
