What an experience!!! Leona went above and beyond to make sure I walked out of this place with a unit. Things were shaky online ordering so I came in a little frustrated. Leona took all of that away with her professionalism and kind customer service! They don't make em like Leona anymore. Thank you SROA!!!

Not enough storage space in the hallways. Unit is outdated. The property manager Leona raised her voice while I was helping another individual get out the gate because they didn’t have their code.

I contacted storage rentals for same day move in. Everyone I spoke to was very nice Leona helped me do the paperwork and move in. She is very thorough and did a very good job.
