“I cannot say enough amazing things about this location. I obviously do my amazon returns here (hehe) and they are fast and efficient. Recently I shipped something overnight from FL to AR (cost was over $100). The next day it was at the UPS hub in Clearwater at like 1p. So I knew it was not leaving the state - or at least not getting to AR by guaranteed 8p. I called and kept getting people over seas. Finally Alex answered- he tracked down the package and had Heather request it come back to this location so I can get it back. Heather also requested a refund for the shipping cost without me even asking. Now a refund check is on the way. Amazing customer service!!! Amazing Team that works together!!! You just do not see that anymore (post covid lol) Thank you!!!”
“This is my preferred store for shipping important documents. Even though it is a chain, this family-run location delivers the small business experience where you feel like a valued customer.
Not just the owner (who is often on site), but her employees take the effort to answer your questions, pack your important shipments carefully, and provide good customer service.
Everyone answers your questions patiently- over the phone or in person. This kind of excellent customer service is a breath of fresh air. I will be back, and recommend the store highly to anyone requiring high fidelity shipping and tracking services.”
“Very convenient that this location is open later than most in the Tampa area, I went 7 days before Christmas and it was peaceful, staffed with 3 employees, no line & excellent customer service! “The staff is very friendly. The location is convenient. But if you have a US Postal Service package, you're better off putting it in your mailbox with the flag up. When dropped off here, takes FOREVER for it to start tracking between the multiple daily mail carrier pick ups and having to get to the actual post office before it gets scanned...”

“The level of care and customer service at this location is truly unmatched. I’m not sure why it’s taken me 8 years of being a customer to write a review, but I truly love stopping in. The owners are so friendly, and the staff works incredibly hard. I do a lot of online shopping, which means a lot of returns, so I’m there at least once a week, if not more. I have gone to other UPS locations in the past, and this one truly goes above and beyond for their guests.”

“I dropped off an overnight letter here. The attendant quickly and efficiently managed the service and made sure that I got a receipt. They offer many shipping, copying, and packing services in this small space, including mail boxes with 24/7 access. Notary services available, they usually have a notary on site, but call to be sure
Note that half of the parking lot is sloped which can be challenging to manage

“I entered the Northdale UPS Thurs 12/11with reservations. I seldom mail packages other than at Christmas. Last year was Omaha Steaks...easy. This year, situations changed. I would be buying, wrapping, packing, and shipping. I am disabled, so I panicked. I knew USPS would be more complicated and expensive. I talked myself into using this UPS as it was a few blocks away from the Bob Sierra Y after my morning warm-up. I would have them do the packing, especially with one item being liquid and the bigger box going to CA. I told myself that the stress relief alone made it worth it...a Christmas present to myself. At 8:30 when they opened, the door was opened for me by a smiling young man...later learned his name was Shelton. I followed him to the main counter and we discussed what I was working with. I let a few others ahead of me as I was not in a hurry. Shelton professionally packed my items to secure them...I watched him as he certainly knew what he was doing. While, yes, them packing using their materials is more costly, I still knew it was going to be cheaper than USPS and, oh by the way, AARP offers a disc on the materials. Also, when they do it with their materials, there is a higher level of insurance. Shelton finished up, I paid him, thanked him, and said I would be in Monday, today, with one more package. My confidence built by today, I had found a good box, packed my items, but left it open. When I went to the store, Shelton wasn't in yet, but I was greated with another welcoming smile...this time by Kristy. I told her about Thursday, she proceeded to check my work, made a few minor adjustments. Kristy closed out my package and rang me up. Yes, I have written a book, but I feel that having experienced the service by Shelton and Kristy, this UPS location in Northdale is now my go-to package center. Thank you!!”
