Recently I shipped something overnight from FL to AR (cost was over $100). The next day it was at the UPS hub in Clearwater at like 1p. So I knew it was not leaving the state - or at least not getting to AR by guaranteed 8p. I called and kept getting people over seas. Finally Alex answered- he tracked down the package and had Heather request it come back to this location so I can get it back. Heather also requested a refund for the shipping cost without me even asking. Now a refund check is on the way. Amazing customer service!!! Amazing Team that works together!!! You just do not see that anymore (post covid lol) Thank you!!!”
