“What an amazing place and people! I found this place around 4 months ago, and I won’t change it any time soon. I use to bring my shih-tzu to Petsmart, and I noticed that her hair was not good at all. It was all choppy and some areas were shorter than others, so I decided to look for a better place. That’s when I found Woof Gang Westchase. Her first appointment I saw immediate change! Her energy was completely different than before (all happy and excited! She didn’t even want to leave lol)! Enrique never disappoints either! He is super knowledgeable and helped me fix Lilah’s hair. And she always looks amazing after her grooms with him! Will 100% recommend! Super happy with this place, because it’s noticeable that they care for your furry kids! Thank you Enrique, and everyone working here ❤️

“Jared was the best!!! Very friendly and quick to deliver my large order of chicken feed! He swiftly moved 550lbs of feed to my storage area, with ease, like a boss!!! “My dog drank too much water at the beach while we were visiting and got straight liquid poo all over her butt hair. My hotel doesn’t have a hose and the 3 dog parks I stopped at had their dog wash stations closed. I pulled in with a hope and a prayer that someone could help me and Adrian (I think was his name) and the head groomer saved the day. After butt wipes didn’t work they hosed my girl Lavender off and took great care of her even though it was closing time. I’m so grateful. Not just for help with the smell and the mess but for their kindness and generosity. We come to the area often and will be back for more treats and toys. Thank you for helping me and my fur baby!”
“We love ‘Dog Lovers’! Debbie and her team provide outstanding customer service all of the time. My family is busy, so we greatly appreciate the pet food delivery service! Today we tried the pet wash stations on site, and it was so much better than attempting to wash my two huge dogs at home. The pet wash area is equipped with everything you might need, and is well appointed with towels, soaps, dryers, and more. After scrubbing down two dogs I didn’t have the normal back-breaking pain thanks to the adjustable wash basin that allows you to lift or lower the tub.
Overall, I appreciate this business very much because of the outstanding customer service. The people at Dog Lovers really do care, and that makes me want to return to establishments like this versus big box stores. If you haven’t checked out this spot, do your furry friend a favor, and stop on in!”

“I had a great experience today getting some beautiful and high quality angel fish, blue & gold rams and many species of Cory’s. I have been looking for the panda angel fish for quite awhile and finally got some yay! The owner was super helpful and nice and even carried the box outside for me and my grandma! All seem to be doing great in my 55 gallon.”
“Everything birds is awesome. They are very knowledgeable but SO caring with each and every bird regardless of the needs the feathery fellas need. We got our 32 year old macaw from them and he came to us very cares for after a rough transition. He doing very well now.”

“It's the one place that has good ingredients in terms of pet food. Every big name pet shop or grocery store that I've been to has dog food that all has chicken or chicken bi products in it as the first ingredient which my dog is allergic to. Walked in here and the first bag i picked up had no chicken in it. Checked all the other bags and sure enough no chicken in the non chicken flavored dog food. Would give 10 stars if I could.”

“I had the most wonderful experience at this location today. It's one of 2 locations I frequent for cat supplies. I ran in today after getting an email for a good sale on my cat's wet food. We all know how particular cats can be! They were totally out of the one box of food he likes and Kendall went out of his way to check the top shelves and the backroom. 10/10 super friendly and was so willing to go above and beyond.
I grabbed a few cans to get by for the week and asked Jill if there was a rain check system on sales when products were out of stock. There's a new management team as of today, Jill had messaged them clarifying the new policies and if that was still offered and I had planned to leave my number just in case. The management team was responsive and we were able to work something out in less than 10 minutes.
I always enjoy my shopping experience at this location. I've not once had a bad time. There is a rock solid and friendly crew at this store. Thanks so much to both Kendall and Jill for going above and beyond for a senior cat they don't even know.”

She took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I truly appreciated. We’ve been bringing Winston to Woof since he was a puppy and he is now 8 years old! Jorge and the entire Woof! here it is team have truly earned our loyalty.
When we moved to Wesley Chapel, we tried a closer groomer and quickly learned that convenience isn’t everything, we were told Winston was a difficult dog, and at the end we were not happy with his cut.
We made the drive back to Woof and we couldn’t be happier. The experience the staff has, to the prices and service they provide the extra distance is absolutely worth it for a place we trust completely with our boy. Highly recommend!”
