I had an outstanding experience at this AT&T store! The entire team went above and beyond for me, my sister, and my aunt. We visited multiple times, and every single visit the service was consistently excellent.
The store manager, Eddie, was incredibly informative, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helped all of us upgrade our phones, and made sure all of our information was transferred smoothly with no stress at all.
Alejandro and Humberto were also amazing—both were very kind, helpful, and friendly, making us feel truly welcomed each time we came in.
It’s rare to find a team that is so professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this AT&T store and this fantastic team to anyone looking for excellent service!”

“As a longtime boost customer, I have NEVER had trouble with phones or service itself. I also have run into a LOT of trouble with surrounding stores near Hollywood. I came to this location and I was impressed instantly!! The 2 ladies at the store not only took care of me but was honest with me about my plan options and got my to where I needed to be to fit my needs. Both women worked together to provide me excellent service. I was nervous at first because other stores have been super rude or cons. I recommend this store if you want to be treated right and with respect! As long as this store stands with these ladies, I will bring my business here!!!”

“Went next door to Michael’s to pick up some items for a paint date. My mom recommended I try looking here and wow, I found a ton of cool goodies that I normally wouldn’t find at a five below. In addition, the store is neat and things are easy to find. Sharon at the register was extremely pleasant and kind. I’ve gone to a lot of stores in the past, but her demeanor was a breath of fresh air. More people should be like her. I’m definitely coming back :)”

“So I didn't even buy my current phone at this particular phone store I actually have a different phone service provider and they let me charge the phone look for a in stock different phone and even recommended a store to change the battery if I didn't even need to change my phone they offered me to switch my plan over but I can't remember my password so I didn't want to switch my plan until I could remember that but with my phone dead I ended up buying a fast charging cord and car charger I live in my vehicle so having a phone is very important it is the only electronic device I have and only access to emergency Services getting directions to the veterans hospital I'm very pleased with the service provided by Juan very helpful salesman. I will be making the switch soon as I can find an AT&t store that has a phone that I want in stock. If you have I need for a new phone I highly recommend the store.”
