“What a great experience! After usually shopping the big box stores for large appliances and not getting what I wanted, I decided to try Ken and Kerries to buy my Speed Queen washer/dryer. Kerrie took the order over the phone and while there was a slight hiccup when they came, she immediately reordered the machine I wanted, gave me credit for the one I used till the new one came and when it did, the nicest delivery/installers I've ever had took care of it. I noticed my washer was washing everything hot after about a week or so, even though I was using the cold setting, so I called back and told them the issue and what i thought might be the problem. (Just a simple fix to move the hot/cold hoses connected to the opposites sides). I was told the person I need would be back in a couple of hours. So, I was thinking, ok, like the big box stores do, they'll call back (maybe) and schedule me two weeks out and then call me the day of with that 4 hour window nonsense which kills the entire day....but no, instead of the phone call, my door bell rang and it was immediately taken care of...the man was super nice and agreed it was an easy fix and was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Now THAT's what I call customer service and one of the best reasons not to go back to the big box store to buy an appliance again! I'll definitely be supporting this local business and you should too! Thank you for such wonderful service...if I need anything else like this, you have a repeat customer as long as you're in business and would highly recommend you any time!”

“Steven was super helpful and double checked that the item I needed was in fact in stock. We drove over an hour to get these discontinued paver step stones for our unfinished patio. They are absolutely perfect and the only ones left in all of Florida. We only went into the garden section, however from what I had seen this has been the nicest Home Depot’s. Appears to be stocked very well and it was well organized. And the little checkout huts were so adorable.”

“Went to the Wildwood FL store after calling to see if they had a specific recliner on the floor. Arrived and asked for Anthony. Anthony Murphy (store mgr) greeted us along with Keith. Both answered all our questions showed us different options and when I mentioned that it is suggested you sit in the furniture for at least 30 minutes to assure the item is comfy and suits your needs, Anthony said relax and take your time we close at 5 (keep in mind it was 11:45am). They say great customer service is dead but I highly disagree with these 2 gentleman. They both were friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and above all not pushy. I would highly recommend this store because of these 2 employees and hope corporate realizes they have 2 great employees representing their company. Although this store is smaller then the other stores it surely suited our needs.. PS we ending up getting 2 recliners. Yay.”
