Jason called Verizon and tried to explain the problem and solution. After much confusion on Verizon's end, Jason finally told tech support the steps they needed to take so my phone could be activated. Tech support finally got me activated, thanks to Jason's direction! Top notch service on Jason's part! Very good experience with him!”
“Ervin was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful when I had brought in a Google Pixel that was damaged and I needed to purchase a new phone and Metro always has a good selection of Samsung phones as much as I loved my Pixel!
