Shortly after a recent software upgrade I noticed all my Calendar and Events were gone! Needless to say I was frantic because my entire life events are stored on my iOS calendar. Went online had excellent assistance with Chat feature, was then moved up to a tech, we spoke via phone and almost immediately the problem was resolved and all my data was back.
