“I had my first class last Friday morning with Brian. There is plenty parking spots. They are kind of hidden , I got lost w my GPS . The lady at the front desk was kind she even walked outside when she saw my car to lead me in the right direction .
The groups are small and Brian , coach, gets to know you before the training starts. The people in the group is very friendly and helpful with tips if you are not familiar with the gear. The atmosphere in the gym is loving, fun, they show you care all around. The EMS workout AMAZING . Id love to include this work out and this gym and coach in my routines”

“I have been to this park multiple times for events, for a walk, to watch friends play sports, etc.Hagen Park offers a variety of recreational opportunities for youth to seniors. The outside amenities include a playground (designed for children 2-12 years old), restrooms, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, a 21'x31' pavilion, walking trail, six tennis courts and a Community Center. The Community Center is home to the Leisure Services Administrative offices, Island City Fitness Center and a 48' x 67' multi-purpose room that can be divided into two separate rooms. The facility is also equipped with a full service kitchen with an ice maker, stove, large refrigerator, freezer and a sink. A large screen TV, DVD player, 8′ rectangular tables, 60′ round tables, chairs and a piano are also available.Hagen Park Community Center and Pavilion are also available for rentals, special events, meetings, weddings, birthday parties, reunions, union ceremonies, etc.It's convenient location right behind City Hall makes it easy to find and easy to access.”
