Maybe someone could talk to the outside Maitnence gentleman that he can not just scream to customers like he does - without any manor, so loud that everyone in line turned to look at me, very unprofessional. He didn’t even ask me what/why/ who - nothing. One person can bring the whole team review down. So ashamed
