“I’ve typically hated BOA which is funny because it’s the only bank I’ve banked with for 15 years and the large corporate company I work only uses BOA. So I’ve disliked using them in different situations where the office just sucks (mainly in Brandon area) but this office is great. I’ve had to use this office during my home purchasing process and they’ve been very helpful between answering the phones, appointments and just overall help from the tellers. They are polite and having a small setup for kids to be entertained is perfect. It has helped keep my toddler entertained. Thanks for all your help!”

“Bank OZK is the best bank I have ever had. At 75 years old I have had bank accounts in several different banks since the 1960s in several cities in Florida. None of the other banks come close to Bank OZK in terms of customer service and availability.Today I banked at Bank OZK's Riverview, Florida branch. “I had 2 $500 money orders that I purchased from Western Union for a deposit on a home site. The deal did not go thru so I picked up the money orders & brought them to Western Union to have them switched out & put in my name. I thought this would be easier to deposit them into my account. Well it's against Western Union's policy to do that. They recommended I bring them to my bank. So I did. It is not something that any bank would do ! I explained the situation to Nancy (teller) who told me it couldn't be done. But with her quick thinking, she brought it to her manager, Jason's attention. After several phone calls, Jason gave me the options. None of which I liked ! After looking at my account & seeing that I have been a customer for a long time, he allowed me to sign the money orders & have them deposited !Great job Jason & Nancy ! I appreciate your attention & kindness in this desperate situation ! Thank you !”

“Today I visited a local branch (FL2-821-01-01) in Sun City Center, FL. I am in town dealing with my recently deceased father's estate and have heard terrible things about local branches being closed and poor customer service. The branch was open today and beleaguered with many stressed out customers, many who are elderly, don't understand technology, and need special assistance and understanding. As I waited in line, I witnessed Stephanie Crutcher, who normally works out of the Apollo Beach branch, assisting customers in front of me. She was assertive and firm, yet compassionate, patient, knowledgeable and helpful, while offering sincere apologies for her customer's frustrations. When it came to me, she worked quickly and thoroughly, to help me organize the documents I would need to move forward, all while maintaining a sense of humor and sharing stories of the difficult recent weeks in which she had to deal with multiple frustrated customers and how difficult it was for her to see people feeling upset and not heard. Stephanie is truly a shining example of what true customer service is all about.”
“First…I don’t understand why this bank’s rating and reviews aren’t higher!! I just went there to get a bank check and was anxious of whether or not I would even be able to make my transaction. I currently don’t use Chase, but my name is on one of my adult children’s account. I came around noon, there was a line, and this very personable woman came out (Jennifer, Bank Manager) and started “directing traffic” to make sure customers were cared for asap! And, wow!! After a very short wait in line, I was assisted by Vivian, teller (not sure correct spelling-sorry), and I was able to walk out within minutes!! I successfully completed the transaction that I came in to handle!! Wow!! Wow!! Wow!! Amazing!! Too many financial institutions seem to come up with reasons why they cant help you. Yeah, I know banking rules and regulations-just tired of it all and makes you want to stay away from mainstream ways of doing business! Just moved here and once I transfer all my accounts-this is going to be my bank!! Thank you for making it a GREAT day Ladies!!”

“02/12 @ 16:10; Bramch relocation is a definite plus having better access from US 301 and more parking spots. The drive thru is placed about 100 yards from the building to free up the customer flow process if you need to see a bank representative. One downfall, though, is not enough personnel as I had to wait 20 minutes to get rolls of change. Within that time, approximately six customers were waiting in line. Overall experience was pleasant.”
