“This is an excellent BofA branch to deal with. All employees I have come in contact with over the 2 years that I have been frequenting the branch have a "can I help you in any way" attitude. This has always translated into my getting done what I came in for in a timely and efficient manner.”
“Yesterday I went to the Big Bend/301 location for account statement copies. This may seem like a standard request, however, as the accounts are now closed, I was informed that online access cannot be granted per bank policy. Thankfully, I was being assisted by Michael. After confirming my personal details, he went above and beyond to explain the process and assist. Unfortunately, (through no fault of his) he was unable to provide me with all of the requested statements as they dated beyond the seven year threshold. Michael was more than gracious by ensuring he provided me with statements within 7 years of age. And assured me I could come back if I needed anything else.
Meanwhile, he noticed I was with my young niece and shared with me a variety of information/accounts that could be beneficial to her future financial literacy. Throughout the experience, he was kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and made the best of a situation beyond his control. This was by far, my best interaction with any Bank of America branch, thanks wholly to Michael.”

“I AM ONLY GIVING THIS 5 STARS because of the member advocate DEMIAYAH! She was absolutely amazing and exceptionally professional considered the task assigned. I sat in her office for 4 hours straight! She was assisting me with documents I needed for military shipping. The challenges she overcame communicating with the legal and loan departments were unreal! She was so aware of the time I lost sitting in the bank and went above and beyond to accommodate me. The process started at 9:05am and ended at 1pm!! Unacceptable. Suncoast please talk to your teams to improve customer satisfaction. Very disappointed I lost 4 hours of my day and all I get is IM SO SORRY. Do better!”
