I brought my watch in, and at first it looked like it might have to be sent off because it needed a compression piece to close properly. Sharon was not having it. She pushed, worked her magic, and figured it out right there on-site.
Because of her, I got my watch back the same day instead of waiting who knows how long. That kind of service is rare.
