“I come here every day and I love it. This is my favorite UPS in the central Florida area. Even on busy days, the lines move fast and customer service is top notch. Mike, Mary and Mark all make my daily UPS experience worth it. They know all there is to know about shipping services, packing supplies, returns, notary and more! As a small business owner this place is my go to. I could go on and on but all I'll say is, thank you for being such an amazing store.”
“Great service. I went to drop off my DHL package, that doesn’t print the label for you if you order an agent come pick it up. The worker at this place was super nice, instructed me where to send the label and gave me the envelope free of charge because I didn’t have any cash on me. Appreciate it!”

“Everyone in there is really nice and will go out of there way if/when needed. Its a smaller almost maw/paw type feeling location. I rarely had wait more than a minute or too but usually get right in. Wait maybe i shouldn't leave a good review and keep it a secret! Thank you to all the staff in there for working hard while still being pleasent and helpful. Never had one issue shipping out of that office. After it levaea there can be another story though lol. “The team today on February 2 2026 was insanely helpful & happy to go above & beyond for my odd shipment of antiques. They could have rolled their eyes at me & reluctantly packed my mess up that I rolled in with, but instead they carefully wrapped each piece & put thought into what box would be the most affordable/efficient. There was a line of people & the team worked so well together to get each customer what they needed. It was so refreshing to see & experience. “UPS in Doctor Phillips provided amazing service. I needed to send a package and it's the first time I went to a UPS. Staff is super friendly, provided information with cost and different box sizes. They handled everything from taping it up, labeling the address. Item arrived quickly even though I did select no rush needed. I'm very appreciative of UPS Dr. Phillips. Maybe if you are someone who buys a lot of souvenirs from Universal Studios parks or Disney World and you need to send your stuff home. This is the place for you to handle that. I am just recommending for tourists as I live here and needed just to send a standard package. Thank you UPS Staff at Dr. Phillips location. ALSO, it's next to Publix, Pizza Hut and other shops. Plenty of parking and handicap accessible. Thank you.”

Our print work with this store over the last year has been extensive: signs, booklets, posters, a series of 10x10ft banners on metal frames, feather flags, pull up banners, a variety of marketing items, invitations, mail-out items etc. - We’ve literally done so much work with this store and couldn’t be happier.
Any issues that have arisen(my fault or theirs) this store has QUICKLY remedied and been so so kind.

“UPS has consistently gone above and beyond when it comes to shipping and deliveries. My packages always arrive on time, well-handled, and in great condition. I appreciate how easy it is to track shipments in real time, and the updates are always accurate.
The delivery drivers are professional, courteous, and careful when leaving packages at my door. On more than one occasion, they placed my deliveries in a safe spot to protect them from weather, which shows they care about customers.
Customer service is also excellent—when I had a question about a shipment, I reached out and received a clear and helpful response right away.
