“Was referred to this facility by my doctor who no longer accepted my insurance. They were amazing. I was bit by a stray cat that was just trying to defend itself from a dog and I got in the middle. The infection was severe and getting worse by the hour. The doctors were wonderful and continued to monitor the infection until it was healed. Their concern was genuine. I went there for two months until the infection was gone. This was very serious and they kept me out of the hospital. I am truly grateful. The staff was wonderful and the wait times incredibly short. One nurse stood out and will forever be one of my favorites - Lilia. Her bedside manner and the quality of care and compassion she showed was outstanding. Although I’m hoping to never need their services again, this facility in Windermere will forever be my number 1 go-to if needed.”

“The lady that did my lab test was amazing! My Doctor made a mistake and I almost ended up having to pay out of pocket for my labs but she took care of me anyways and we went over the options and at the end we found out that we could use my insurance. I almost wasted my time today and it is my only day off but she didn’t let me go. Also she gave me good advice about how to use my insurance properly since is my first time using it, and everything was done so quick, I was like 20 minutes early to my appointment and wasn’t expecting to be seen by that time but I literally just waited 5 minutes before being seen. I’ll definitely come back.”
