“I have had this bank for years, & this has always been my go to branch. Whenever I go in they are always friendly no matter who I see, and they always recognize me (even when I don't recognize them) and ask about my parents. On multiple occasions they have given me invaluable advice and talked me through sticky situations, always bending over backwards to help me get what I need, which sometimes includes them coming up with creative solutions. Super friendly and knowledgeable people, great to go to not only for banking but also for learning about anything money related. Fifth third app is also great and very user friendly.”
“What an absolute pleasure to do business at this location. A complete 180° from my experience at the E Silverstar Rd location. I was greeted and treated so kindly. My checking account was closed unexpectedly due to "suspicious activity" (whatever that means). After calling the number they told me to multiple times, trying to get in touch with someone who could give me information, no one was able to give me any information as to why the account was closed. I went to the E Silverstar Rd branch to see if someone at the branch could give me more information, but they treated me like an inconvenience and again could not give me information, and told me to call a number and told me they could unlock my account. When I called the number, they told me they couldn't unlock my account and treated me very rudely. When going to this location in Winter Garden, everyone was so kind and helpful to me and they even called to find out more information for me. I would recommend this branch to anyone.”

“They are a great credit union. We have had a home loan a refi and two cars and a motorhome financed with them. When we wanted to make an offer on a motorhome in San Diego, they gave us the Cashiers Check to take us. Try that with BofA. The negative feed back I see posted here may be due to customers with bad credit blaming PCU instead of themselves. Twenty years of being a very satisfied customer.”
