He drove all the way to me just to make sure I was happy with the color before placing an order. Mind you this wasn’t even a large order, it was just enough board to wrap some porch posts. “I can not express how thankful I am to have met Eric in the lumbar dept this weekend. I went to Lowe's to build a feeding chair for our 3 yr old dog who was diagnosed with Mega esophagus. I took her measurements and went to get the lumbar and tools. I knew it was gonna need more cuts than they allow and I was prepared to get a jog saw and make the extra cuts Eric saw me with my sheet of lumbar and asked if I needed help. I could barely get the words out as I started crying hysterically. He was so sweet and genuine. He opened his arms and I just fell right into them. He took the time to make sure I got every piece I needed cut, he talked to me, he calmed me down, but most importantly he showed me he cared. I worked for years at Home Depot, so I have always been partial to the orange box but Lowe's was a lot closer and because of Eric, I will continue to return. Thank you for showing me the human kindness I needed and for taking such great care of me on Friday. The chair still needs the cushions added but so for it is a success. .”
