Extremely polite, knowledgeable, patient and kind considering he is likely half my age and extremely tech savvy. He was able to help us with our two laptops and provide suggestions for additional products. The salesman who helped us with our new purchase was also very helpful and took the time to find the right fit for us. Great experience (as always) with this store!”
