“I had a great experience at Best Buy in Winter Garden thanks to Zane.
From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and took the time to really understand what I needed. He helped me choose the right computer, assisted me with a return, and guided me through the purchase process without any pressure.
What stood out the most was his patience and knowledge. He went the extra mile to find me a better deal so I could get more value for my money, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping the customer.
I work in sales myself, so I really appreciate when someone takes the time to do things right and puts the customer first. Zane is a great example of that.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I truly hope he gets recognized for his work. Best Buy has a great employee on their team.

“Mus is a lifesaver! Really. I decided to drop by this shop for the very first time to check it out and see if I could get a simple repair done for my laptop's built-in mouse pad. Little did I know that my battery was fixin' to explode on me. But anyway, Mus realized this as soon as he got a good look and safely removed the battery, which was the reason my mouse pad wasn't working. Mind you, this was all during the diagnostic phase so I was very generously serviced without any charge. However, I'd definitely like to return and pay for service on another device very soon!
