“Mus is a lifesaver! Really. I decided to drop by this shop for the very first time to check it out and see if I could get a simple repair done for my laptop's built-in mouse pad. Little did I know that my battery was fixin' to explode on me. But anyway, Mus realized this as soon as he got a good look and safely removed the battery, which was the reason my mouse pad wasn't working. Mind you, this was all during the diagnostic phase so I was very generously serviced without any charge. However, I'd definitely like to return and pay for service on another device very soon! I decided to finally go through with it and I have absolutely no complaints. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from the greeter to all the way in the back at the Genius Bar. Was told to go back in an hour or 5 minutes before the scheduled return time, which I did and the phone was already finished. 5/5 will definitely return.”
