“Mus is a lifesaver! Really. I decided to drop by this shop for the very first time to check it out and see if I could get a simple repair done for my laptop's built-in mouse pad. Little did I know that my battery was fixin' to explode on me. But anyway, Mus realized this as soon as he got a good look and safely removed the battery, which was the reason my mouse pad wasn't working. Mind you, this was all during the diagnostic phase so I was very generously serviced without any charge. However, I'd definitely like to return and pay for service on another device very soon! He was very knowledgeable and helpful for other questions I had as well.Thank you iFixNSell for the quick diagnosis and solution!(Included some before/after pics)”

“Wes was very helpful and kind. He identified and solved an SD card formatting issue with DJI mini 3 pro drone, exhausting multiple checks to ensure the issue was, in fact, resolved. It was a great experience overall and a masterclass in customer service.”

“I had a great experience working with Anthony! He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of helping me choose and purchase a Bambu Lab P1S 3D printer. He was very knowledgeable and informative about 3D printers and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain the differences between the options. Anthony made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated his expertise and willingness to help me find the right printer for what I needed. I would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a 3D printer or needing advice on which one to buy. Excellent customer service!”

“This store can be daunting when you first walk in but it is well staffed to help customers quickly. Malcolm greeted us when we came in and was able to help me purchase some gift cards directly. He was friendly and professional and did a great job of welcoming people and making sure they went to the right part of the store based on their needs.”

“I have to congratulate the professionalism of one attendant. I forgot her name but she has a purple portion in her hairs. I scheduled a screen repair but it didn’t had on the store, but I was leaving the country tha same day. Than she called to other stores and found one in Fort Lauderdale and it was my route to Miami airport and there another attendant helped me and made the iPhone exchange. Well done to all employees. Your work makes a difference in peoples life. Please give her a raise.”

“Its a different experience now adays, but I don't like dealing with sales people(like the kinda that make commision not regular associates) so I'm not mad. They go out of their way with customer return policies.”
