“Mus is a lifesaver! Really. I decided to drop by this shop for the very first time to check it out and see if I could get a simple repair done for my laptop's built-in mouse pad. Little did I know that my battery was fixin' to explode on me. But anyway, Mus realized this as soon as he got a good look and safely removed the battery, which was the reason my mouse pad wasn't working. Mind you, this was all during the diagnostic phase so I was very generously serviced without any charge. However, I'd definitely like to return and pay for service on another device very soon! He was very knowledgeable and helpful for other questions I had as well.Thank you iFixNSell for the quick diagnosis and solution!(Included some before/after pics)”

We weren’t sure how to do the process and Tiffany was so helpful, reliable and patient. Sauske knew what we needed before we finished our sentence. Both worked with us in the morning and in the evening. Josh was also very helpful. Honestly Tiffany has the makings of a manager and I hope the company takes the time to train her. “Just went to this store today for the first time. I needed a change of battery on my iPhone but I was skeptical to go cause of negative reviews. I decided to finally go through with it and I have absolutely no complaints. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, from the greeter to all the way in the back at the Genius Bar. Was told to go back in an hour or 5 minutes before the scheduled return time, which I did and the phone was already finished. 5/5 will definitely return.”
