“I had 2 copies of a key made at a different Lowe’s and it didn’t work so I went to the Winter garden location and explained the situation to customer service. Alison and Stephanie were very helpful and took care of the problem right away. They made sure that there was someone at the key station to help and the guy at the station (sorry I didn’t get his name) made sure the key was copied correctly. Thank you for the excellent customer service! I really appreciate all of you and the key worked when I tried it!”
