“Longgggg story short we placed an order online for same day delivery but delivery didn't workout so we made contact with the store (Oakland, FL) phone lines were down so everything was done by email. Dom was so very helpful and VERY QUICK with response. He helped us arrange for in store pickup and when we got there everything we needed was waiting at the front for us. Worth mentioning the young lady that helped us from the main toll free number was also extremely helpful but unfortunately I didn't receive the email survey for her.
Kudos Tractor Supply for hiring great, friendly, and helpful staff.

“They let me in with my puppy. They were all nice and helpful. Just 1 person has to to make a comment about my puppy. He's too big for me. Not if I'm walking n training him, he's listening n being pretty polite to everyone. Even to the lady that said it! HES NOT ? TOO MUCH DOG !! HES NOT TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING!! DON'T SAY THAT TO PPL. “We just purchased bathroom vanities, a linen closet and marble sink tops. The quality and all-wood construction of the items is excellent. We also sat with the staff and planned out a complete set of kitchen cabinets that we are in the process of ordering. We had previously planned the same kitchen at a major home improvement store and the prices from Home Outlet came in at 1/3 of the overall cost.Our experience with the staff was also excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. High praise to Joe for his help in the process. He made our whole experience stress free and rewarding. “On Thursday bought a quart of paint. Told the young man its satin. He said no it's semi-gloss so that's what he gave me. Did the touch up. After it dries it's not right. Went back they gave me the correct one but the guy said I had to pay for it. No thank you. Spoke to higher up. They fixed the issue. Thank you very much. The young lady helped me and kept apologizing with sympathy. Not that she had to but it was sincere. She wanted to. Now that's great costumer service. Thank you again, night higher up.
