“I can not express how thankful I am to have met Eric in the lumbar dept this weekend. I went to Lowe's to build a feeding chair for our 3 yr old dog who was diagnosed with Mega esophagus. I took her measurements and went to get the lumbar and tools. I knew it was gonna need more cuts than they allow and I was prepared to get a jog saw and make the extra cuts Eric saw me with my sheet of lumbar and asked if I needed help. I could barely get the words out as I started crying hysterically. He was so sweet and genuine. He opened his arms and I just fell right into them. He took the time to make sure I got every piece I needed cut, he talked to me, he calmed me down, but most importantly he showed me he cared. I worked for years at Home Depot, so I have always been partial to the orange box but Lowe's was a lot closer and because of Eric, I will continue to return. Thank you for showing me the human kindness I needed and for taking such great care of me on Friday. The chair still needs the cushions added but so for it is a success. .”

“I had been meaning to go there ever since they opened. Then my wife wanted some Bullfrog sun tan lotion. I googled Bullfrog sun tan lotion and guess who had one left in stock? Exactly. It's mine now.Whilst I was there I walked around the whole place. (Should have checked on the outside section. Next time.)I picked up a few other items: goat skin gloves (been looking for some. Struck out at Lowes), noticed recently that I needed windshield washer fluid. They had a couple of choices - minus 24F seemed a bit extreme for FL. The version I picked is good to zero F.If i ever need a deer lick, I know where to get one. Great place to pick up baby chickens. They were out of baby ducks. Fun to see what's there. As Arnold said - I'll be back.And then there's the taco stand out front. Two reasons to come.”

We also sat with the staff and planned out a complete set of kitchen cabinets that we are in the process of ordering. We had previously planned the same kitchen at a major home improvement store and the prices from Home Outlet came in at 1/3 of the overall cost.Our experience with the staff was also excellent. “I went to the garden center last weekend to pick out a few plants to replace the ones my mom had out by her pool. As you can tell from the picture, it really needed a refresh! I wanted everything to be in pairs and I needed help finding matching plants to what I already had as well as several new ones! Avian works in the garden center there and assisted me in finding some beautiful plants. I know nothing about planting and she really helped pick everything and explained how to plant them properly and keep them alive lol! She was very knowledgeable and detailed and really steered me in the right direction! She's so pleasant and a joy to work with! I really appreciated her taking the time with me and not rushing me with this big project! I was there for over an hour and she assisted me the entire time! I think the results came out beautiful thanks so much to Avian!”

“I was walking home one day and happened to stumble upon this store. I did not know it was located here. I browsed the store for close to an hour. I managed to find some excellent deals! I also found some good deals. And there were also some not-so-good deals. I like what the store has to offer product wise and I'm always looking for the best deal possible. I am sure I will be stopping in here regularly just to see what is new, exciting or just catches my eye. I must say the staff was most helpful and very very efficient!! Thank you for a wonderful first experience and let's hope there's many more to come!UPDATE 2022: Unfortunately i have to report that this business has changed its business model a bit. when i originally visited they had pallets of merchandise. What may have been over stock from someplace or possibly close out items or even over purchased construction materials. Everything from exterior lighting for homes to business fire exit signs for business building interiors. From wheels for cabinets, chairs or maybe making your own roller skates. From door knobs to thingy-ma-bobs!. You could just get lost looking around . Now they have gone to just selling flooring, cabinets, vanities and other bath or kitchen building / remodeling items. its a great place if you are in the market for these things the way they display everything is very easy to browse and their customer service is still above par. I just like finding hidden treasures and bargains and i though i had stumbled upon a hidden gem. unfortunately for me my gem has lost its sparkle. But that's just my situation. I would and will still recommend this business for what it has become but probably with a little less enthusiasm than i had before.”

“I went to pick up packing supplies. The store was clean and organized. I was approached by 2 employees asking if I needed help,and I appreciated that since I'm short and can't reach the higher shelves.”

“It always seems cleaner than the competition, but I find it harder to find stuff here so I end up going to both. I'm sure if I just committed to Lowe's I'd be okay, but hard habit to break. The really good thing about Lowe's though is the commitment to Veterans. (I'm not one, but my partner is.)”

“Bree in hardware great customer service.She was extremely helpful. However, Todd the manager refused to honor the ridgid deal because it ended one day earlier and the deal was still been promoted in the floor. First time I see a store not honoring a deal that is still in the floor”
