Department Stores in Winter Garden, FL

“I’ve never been to this location before but my family and I were in the area so we went in to browse.

Walking around I immediately noticed that this Marshalls and home goods is nothing like the one by my house. The shelves are stocked, everything is neat and in order and there’s no random clothes or spillage on the floors (I swear there’s always a random soap and shampoo spillage in my location) but not this location!

This location is so clean and the thing that made me write this review is a lady named “Inga”. I was walking by browsing and I see a worker stocking a display shelf with Easter items like plates, decor, and mugs. Inga came over and asked the employee if they can start on another shelf and after noticing the display complimented on how it looks. “That looks great! Good job. Don’t add anymore you did great”.

Someone is probably reading this review and rolling their eyes because I’m writing a review over a worker praising another worker- I have worked in retail and when I tell you that a boss praising your work, and being genuine about it is rare. I noticed Inga was going around telling workers where to restock, what to change and also SHE was actively grabbing items to move them. I’ve had plenty of bosses boss people around without actually helping but her hands were full carrying stuff while being polite telling workers where to move stuff.

She’s a boss I would love to have. I’m not sure if she’s a manager. She obviously was a worker who was in authority but I didn’t asked her status (I forgot. I asked her name though!) (I saw Inga on the HomeGoods side)

Keep that great energy Inga and continue to praise and be kind! You can tell the work environment (from a customers point of view) is peaceful and nice.”

“Bealls Englewood, Florida has been my favorite store since 1992! We moved to Winter Garden, in 2022. It’s not like home, it’s a mini store, or seems like it, but I guess I have to shop there more to make it feel like home! I love Bealls !”

“I used to go to this family dollar a lot. However over time I stopped going because I went to the one closer to my house. Yesterday I went to this one and it was way better than the one I usually go to. They had some good things I'd like to get. Clean as well.”

“This store requires masks when you walk in, but you still have "those" people who will refuse. I felt bad for the staff tonight when a family of 4 w all walking around without them. The staff attempted multiple times to get them to put them on, but they kept refusing. The 5 stars tonight is for all of the staff who managed not to lose their cool in an impossible situation.This is the most convenient store for me. The prices are good, the options for the things I need or don't realize I need is also good. I'm rarely unable to find something, and if I can't it's easy enough to order it online.”

“It’s like the “best of Target” plenty of grocery items but prices are high here compared other Target stores. They have a lot of touristy Disney merch that is much cheaper than what you see in the theme parks.”

“Thank you Walmart Management and the entire team who have really done a great job since the new revamped management who are seeing how important it is to have live registers open for people who have a handicap. Going grocery shopping is hard enough. And using self checkout is extremely hard. Everything at this Walmart has changed! To finally be able to use a live registers and be greeted by a smiling associate made my day. I love the changes made and the point of service checkouts that have been beefed up with real humans. Helping the elderly and handicap with grocery bagging as self checkout for many people like me is unpleasant and turns into an ugly pain flare that lasts for days. I even received help getting my groceries in the car. All you have to do is ask. I love the changes and thank you Walmart for recognizing that customers have limitations. And monitoring your registers with peak times. I thank you for your kindness and smiles ! I know all of you work hard. I love the new and improved service!”

“My favorite Walmart. Staff is amazing and store is clean I had a great experience at tire center for both of my cars balancing , rotation and oil change.
AL was great he helped Me with a defective one of tires and he mad sure I was been taking care of.”

They often take the time to check the backroom for items that aren't on the shelves (produce and grocery) after I've checked the kiosks.
