“Stayed here for a long weekend in a 2 bedroom/bath suite. The resort itself is a bit older but it didn't make an impact on our stay. Whenever we had a problem or issue in our suite, we'd call the front desk and they fixed it within 5-10 minutes. Excellent service, especially the manager when we checked in. The resort is pretty big so you can call the front desk for shuttles all around the resort. Can't speak for others who had a bad experience but ours was great! Pool and hot tub were excellent. My only complaint would be the front entrance security guards take FOREVER to allow our uber's/uber food delivery to enter the resort.”
