“Visited February 8, 2024 as I believed the valve stem on my tire was leaking air. The gentleman at the counter, Mike, greeted me as I walked in and followed me back to the car to take a look. He rolled the tire up to the garage to inspect what the problem was, and sure enough, after filling it up with some air, we found that the valve stem had been practically severed from the tire. Mike informed me he would get it squared away, he just needed maybe 15 mins. After waiting a short time in the lobby, he came back with the tire having fixed the issue and told me I was good to go!!! Even if it was an easy fix, they did more for me than the “shop” next door did. I can’t thank Mike and the team enough for helping me out! I’ll be back, though hopefully not too soon ? thanks again for the help!”

“My air conditioning stopped working a couple days ago but luckily it's winter in Orlando. My car is eight years old and never had the AC charge so I figured that's all I needed. I took it to Don Allen's and they did a full check up on the AC. They said the Freon was full but the condenser needed to be replaced. They sourced the part by the following day and we're finished before the end of that day. It was an extensive job where they had to take multiple part out from under the vehicle to replace the condenser. Don himself was working at the desk. He was able to give input to the other mechanics plus working on scheduling and customer service. The few other customers I ran into while I was waiting seemed to be return customers. Don knew about their families and all of their vehicles. Don said he's been in the industry 40 years. This is not a fancy shop but they seem honest. I will definitely be taking my car back here.”

“This is the second car sam has worked on for me. He comes on time yeah u could barely understand him lol but he getting the job done at a reasonable price. A couple mobile mechanics was trying to charge 290 and up for an alternator job. Sam did it for 140. My alternator is on the bottom its not a easy job like most cars with the alternator on top. While sam was working on my car his phone was ringing constantly. He answered while hes working. That impressed me so i left this review”

“I brought my pathfinder in for 2 used tires, turns out I had the wrong tire size, ugh!The gentleman behind the counter worked with me to find the best deal considering my circumstances, and the man who installed my tires was very friendly, and explained everything to me, including pointing out that one of my tires was literally splitting and ready to blow any day. He explained to me how and why it's important to get an alignment , both gentlemen were very patient with all of my questions. And believe me, I'm a pain when it comes to things I don't understand. ? thanks guys! I will be coming back to get my spare tire changed out one of these days!”
