They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything, and Luis being bilingual was excellent for my dad to communicate much easier.
The service was quick, efficient, and professional. I truly couldn't be happier with the experience of the entire staff. Lobby and restrooms were so clean!

He quickly got my car in, ran diagnostics, and discovered that another shop had significantly overfilled my oil, which was causing the problem. He and another technician fixed the issue in the most cost-effective way, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road fairly quickly.

“This was our third time bringing my wife's Audi Q5 in for an annual service. We don't do a lot of driving these days so once a year is enough. As always, we got great service. I'm always impressed at how clean the facility is kept, very neat and tidy. They do a great job of inspecting our car to make sure we get things repaired as needed. And they aren't pushy when you decide to put off suggested repairs. Are they expensive, yes. But I don't mind paying knowing that my wife's baby is well cared for. They really do know their stuff. And, they are always super friendly. Glad there is an alternative to the Audi dealership on the other side of Orlando.”

“Great experience for a spontaneous new tire purchase. I always trust Discount Tire for their good prices and service. I had spare time this weekend and decided to walk in to Discount Tire instead of making an appointment. Joell was excellent and helped me work through the choice of tires with no pressure or sales pitch. I trusted his experience and I’m very happy with them. There was even an issue with an aftermarket part that I realized a couple hours after leaving and Joell was happy to help and took care of it quickly. The shop was very busy on a Saturday morning but everyone was in a good mood and I was out of there in under an hour and a half. I don’t live in the area but for anyone that does, I highly recommend their service.”

He said yes to come in to be safe and that is when they discovered leak in se of radiator. They kept me posted the whole time and took great care of me.
