“Initially I was not pleased with this location. It took 2 days to even receive a call regarding my vehicle and the service requested, I was then told they had not even seen the vehicle yet. However, once Kendall was involved, the process and communication was very smooth and painless. I would caution everyone to review their service quote as an employee (Bobby) quoted me for a $1200 service that I never requested and then could not explain his reasoning for adding it into the quote or what the actual requested service was and what the fix was. It seems that Bobby is focused on billing as many parts and services as possible and is not concerned with the customer. Kendall was able to sort everything out and I would trust him with my vehicle again.”

“I found out a little after noon that my son's tire had a slow leak and he needed the car for the next day. I was able to make an appointment for 4pm that day. The attendant was able to look at the tire soon after I got there and discovered a nail. Unfortunately, it was located in an area that made a repair impossible. I got a very fair quote for a new tire and since he said he could replace it that day, I decided to have them replace the leaking one. On a whim, I asked if they might also be able to do an oil change and a wiper replacement at the same time. He said that he could. They performed all the work in less than two hours at a good price. I am very happy with the work performed. They were responsive to my needs and were cost-competitive. I would highly recommend them.”
