“I was skeptical going to PepBoys as I know nothing about cars and figured, a small place down the street is totally going to take advantage of that. But nope. I knew I needed new tires (leak in tire that was not fixable) and they checked my tires for free. I went home to find a better deal but decided to go back. Gonzalo (I believe the store manager) was kind, to the point, very precise and just overall excellent customer service. I spoke to him about my needs, he gave me a quote (much lower than other places), a time to come back, etc. When I came back the next day, they took me in right at my time and had me out of there in less than an hour. The mechanics were also friendly and personable. Made the experience easy and great - and also affordable. Thank you!”
