“I want to give a shout out to Dr. Cappleman and her technician Nikki. We came in as an emergency appointment with our senior pup yesterday, and we pretty much knew that things were not looking good. Dr. Cappleman ran some diagnostics, and based on her findings was so thorough and patient in explaining what our dog was suffering from, and gave us time to process and to make a very difficult decision. Never did we feel rushed, and they made sure we had all the information. Once the decision was made that our dog's continued suffering was inhumane, Nikki kindly explained step by step how they would proceed, and what role we could play. My oldest daughter held our pup, and he peacefully let go. Dr. C and Nikki were absolutely solid in guiding us through this highly emotional moment.”

“Dr. Passilla is truly the best! She has been so incredibly patient & thorough with my energetic golden doodle. I’ve just discovered my boy has seasonal allergies that really aggravate his paws and cause him to bite and lick them. She has gone above and beyond trying to find a solution for this issue, taking time to call and brainstorm in between visits when I’m worrying. I really cannot say enough about her and her expertise. She is a brain! I’m soooo thankful to have found her!”
