Carmen is kind, attentive, and helpful. Although she was not able to resolve the problem I had with a defective item, she was still very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. CVS needs to hire a hundred more Miss Carmens! She's terrific at doing her job and an absolute sweetie pie.
