“Excellent service from Jeidi this truly was the best experience we ever had with t mobile. My husband and I were going in just to review our account and switch a current number from one phone to another however it truly became a much more incredible visit with several of our questions and concerns answered as well as the sales girl was truly phenomenal she took time to see we were currently getting all the discounts that were eligible with our plan and adjusted the errors as much as she could that the haines city store created , im very grateful to Jeadi ( sorry for the spelling ) she was a true blessing and extremely knowledgeable beyond belief as well her personality and sense of humor was truly on point and made our day. Thank you so very much . This is the only location we plan on using other then the app of course lol thank you t mobile.”

“This is not a corporate Verizon store However it is an exceptionally good store The employees are very friendly they go the extra mile without making you feel like you are taking up their time I'm big on customer service and I consider this a plus They open door and greet the customers at the door and when it's time to leave they open the door again for the customer.”

“I don't usually write reviews but decided to since my experience was so overwhelmingly good.Barbie and Lesly helped me transfer my phone back to Cricket from a different carrier. It took a very long time because of an error on the part of the other carrier. Barbie and Lesly were persistent and patient with me. “Super helpful staff, way more helpful than online support. This is one of the only “corporate” stores in the area. Avoid the other non-corporate ones for orders and such. They will play games with you and leave you high and dry. It is pretty busy here so do be patient with them, but otherwise solid store with solid staff. Now if only the online chat support could learn a thing or two from these guys ??”

“This store now has a new manager and she is working It well, thebfood is fresher and there are more options to choose from. The fountain & slurpee machines never had the drinks available and they are now The coffe used to be horrible and never had it ready for customers. She talked to me and explained it was on the way and it's there now whenever I want. She's cool and really nice and friendly. I think Cecilia is doing an amazing job. Hey if anyone knows if she's single I dont see ring on her finger”
“I Go To all the Cash America's in Polk County and they always have nice, friendly, helpful staff! But Winter Haven is my favorite store to go to Matt is the person I always go to he always helps me and takes care of me every time I come to the store. He is always in a good mood and nice to me and everyone that's comes in! And the Rest of the staff are very nice and Helpful Andrew/KK/Eunice/Carolina. If your in the area and looking for a Pawn shop to go to or For Jewelry I highly recommend stopping In!”

Also the cleanest public restrooms and facility I’ve ever seen in such a busy public hub.

“I called the Lake Wales store 3 times. First two times I was instructed to “call back”. On the third attempt, I finally spoke to a lady who’s trying to rush me off the phone and speaking to someone else while I was asking HER a couple of questions! Rude and unprofessional. Apparently, the Lake Wales store doesn’t like to make money.
THAT BEING SAID, I called THIS store in Winter Haven and spoke with an awesome woman named “Nemesis”!! Not only did she have an awesome name, but a very professional attitude and was very knowledgeable of the products. She answered all of my questions. I was so impressed that I went ahead and drove up there and asked for Nemesis directly.
Here’s the best part, y’all! I honestly thought I’d be in that store for a few hours to upgrade my phone. NOPE!! I was in and out of there in less than an hour. EV-ER-Y ONE behind that counter was very friendly and respectful!! This has GOT to be the absolute BEST experience I’ve ever had in a mobile phone store. HANDS DOWN.
