“This is not a corporate Verizon store However it is an exceptionally good store The employees are very friendly they go the extra mile without making you feel like you are taking up their time I'm big on customer service and I consider this a plus They open door and greet the customers at the door and when it's time to leave they open the door again for the customer.”

“Finally a good experience with a cricket store! I didn't catch her name, but the manager was amazing. She was helpful, quick, and above all, respectful. Pretty much every other time we've been to cricket it was a bad experience with bad attitudes but she made it so easy. We got a new phone, at a price lower than she originally quoted, in under half an hour. No pressure or attitude.If you've ever had issue with this location I recommend giving it another shot.”

“I Go To all the Cash America's in Polk County and they always have nice, friendly, helpful staff! But Winter Haven is my favorite store to go to Matt is the person I always go to he always helps me and takes care of me every time I come to the store. He is always in a good mood and nice to me and everyone that's comes in! And the Rest of the staff are very nice and Helpful Andrew/KK/Eunice/Carolina. If your in the area and looking for a Pawn shop to go to or For Jewelry I highly recommend stopping In!”

Oliver is a joy to see—always smiling— always remembers me. Carrie is brilliant and patient at fixing those cantankerous coffee machines. I don’t know the tall man’s name but he is always polite & pleasant.
Also the cleanest public restrooms and facility I’ve ever seen in such a busy public hub.

“It became a habit for me to stop in and get a flavored coffee every morning .the last couple weeks their machines have been acting up and i was not able to get anything I liked. The manager did give me a free coffee one morning when he couldn't help me with what I wanted. 7-Eleven took care of all my concerns. With a reply from them yesterday ,the local store already took care of me! so the reply from this review was kind of late”
