“I have been with Metro for about 5 years. The last few times I have gone into the stores it wasn't the best experience. Today I went into the Metro store in Lake Wales (first time in this store.) Wonderful!! I'm pretty sure her name was Tonya. I have an employee ID from my receipt. TPEREZ1006. She was Wonderful!! She was so helpful, understood what I was asking about new phones and 5g. She was also friendly and cheerful. It was so nice to be in a store with someone helpful and nice!! Mary”

“I have been to many Cricket Stores around the US and Lake Wales Zcricket Wireless was by far the best one I have vis. Gaby and Faith were amazing! They worked together to help me change out my SIzm to an eSIM ( which Apple will end up doing anyway) These girls even gave me about 15 great restaurants to eat at. They had me laughing the whole time and I left happy with my service. This made my day!!”

“Went to T-Mobile store to see about getting a new phone for hubby who is technically challenged to say the least. Keiron was very helpful even though the place was extremely busy he devoted a lot of time to assist me picking out a phone for hubby activated it and ported my phone from Verizon we already have T-Mobile home Internet which is awesome and works every where so this was a another win, they paid off thebalance on my phone of 242.64, my husbands new galaxy a14 phone was free and we now have 2 phones for what I was paying for just my phone at Verizon , so long not sorry for switching .
