They are all very friendly, efficient, very thorough, and truly have impeccable customer service skills. But that’s never been the case at this UPS store in Auburndale, near Publix—I want to be sure to credit the right location. I actually travel all the way from Lakeland just to visit this store. The workers there consistently go above and beyond to ensure I receive the best service possible. I have never left feeling unseen. To me, that level of service is priceless. Thank you for that.”
